When councils don't inform their residents what they are doing, they call BANAMAN and complain about them! Yes, there are councils up and down the country railroading the good people of this country, the very people who pay their wages to represent. Times are getting tough and councils are going bust!
When constables also self confessed to identify themself acting as police officer or police constable, who then think they can use a made up self belief that there is going to be a breach of the peace in the immediate future, only then to allegedly justify using force on behalf of another, is deemed criminal by nature!
Maybe it's time for #PoliceReform and #PoliceCorruption to be considered by the people for the people and remind them that the Criminal Justice Act 2015 is there to punish them while at the same time, holding them to account; www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/...
Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 - Section 26 - Corrupt or other improper exercise of police powers and privileges;
(1) A police constable listed in subsection (3) commits an offence if he or she-
(a) exercises the powers and privileges of a constable improperly, and
(b) knows or ought to know that the exercise is improper.
(2) A police constable guilty of an offence under this section is liable, on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 14 years or a fine (or both).
More of Section 24 as follows... and pay attention to subsection (4)(a), (i) & (ii) = for exercising power or privilege, achievement for the benefits of himself/herself , themself or another including detrimental purposes;
(4) For the purposes of this section, a police constable exercises the powers and privileges of a constable improperly if-
(a) he or she exercises a power or privilege of a constable for the purpose of achieving-
(i) a benefit for himself or herself, or
(ii) a benefit or a detriment for another person, and
(b) a reasonable person would not expect the power or privilege to be exercised for the purpose of achieving that benefit or detriment.

I offer this feedback from my own point of view in the form of yes & no;
+ (1) Yes, it is private property managed by the council
+ (2) Yes, they can ask any person to leave at their own discretion
+ (3) Yes, they can provide a condition of entry
+ (4) Yes, they can use reasonable and justifiable force to remove a trespasser
- (5) Yes, the majority of the people in the video was helpful including Jane. I think Jane did an excellent job by listening and asking her own questions and then seeking clarification before acting.
- (6) No, they should not put hands on people until they have exhausted all reasonable steps to get a person to leave. Unfortunately, the lady who made unwanted contact first was wrong to tell me I could stay there and then proceed to make contact to remove me from the property. She apologised and I accept that apology.
- (7) No, I should not have been approached for filming from outside the property when it was established that I could film outside the property. The point being made about filming in to the property was due to the fact, the police officer stated I could film from outside.
- (8) No, the police should not have used the physical contact, it should have been any person representing the property who where asking me to leave, who could have and should have used justifiable and reasonable force.
- (9) No, they should not debate as long as they did in a peaceful civil interaction in order to try and facilitate the removal of any person from any private property. Talking for a reasonable amount of time will be considered part of the reasonable steps taken to get somebody to leave of their own accord. Once all reasonable steps are deemed to have failed, the property representative should then use the justifiable reasonable force to remove them. If there was 2 or more people civilly trespassing, it would then be deemed reasonable for the police to act on behalf of the private property representative.
*Police interrupted the civil dispute!
Next time a person wants to complain about a person with a video camera, inform them that there is no expectation of privacy in any public place and that any personal issues they may have, should never be aired in public for others to over hear whether someones got a camera or not!
