This is a different model than what is in the video. I could not find the Crosstour anymore, which is good because it was bad. The Pruveeo is what I used in the BreadTruck for many years. They suck too but it’s a functional cheap dashcam.

Fun fact. Patriot act was written before 9/11 and it wasn't even completed, with essential "blank check" fill-in later sections and it was fully signed at that point. 5000 people to get complete access to every American and tourist was way worth it for "us"

I could almost see them writing a ticket for obstructed view just from having a dash cam. Like they do for air fresheners. Rule #2 was so well said. U can STFU & just not answer questions or you can use your heart and mind to navigate the conversation. I really appreciate rule 2.

@@PaulBarger you clearly don't have enough cameras.....where are the HIDDEN cameras as the cops will ALWAYS turn your visible cameras away from what they are doing if not just outright turn them off and you didn't show any HIDDEN microphones to capture any "off" camera actions that might happen inside and outside of the vehicle....

Great video and advise, but I want to add one big "To do." If the pigs ask/tell you to get out of your vehicle, GET OUT, but be sure to take your camera with you. Sadly, due to Pennsylvania vs. Mimms, the Supreme Court has ruled that pigs can order you and all passengers out of the vehicle. A lot of people don't know about this, and get hemmed up because of it. Record and remain silent people!!!!

Paul, love your infomercials... You're getting better and better at your delivery on a myriad of products. My solution for not getting pulled over by the police is to not break any traffic laws. I do have a dash cam in my cars simply for video proof should I get in a car accident. Like you, I too have love and joy in my heart for all mankind. Best of everything to you and Ellie.

Don Shaw - They’re right, you know? You don’t have to do anything wrong to get pulled over. My Arizona pull over is a perfect example. I broke no laws, and was pulled over for not having “mud flaps”. You must follow the law in the state in which you are registered. In the state Florida, where I was registered, I’m not required to have mud flaps. Still got pulled over for it and they asked to search my truck. Just saying.

I had a sticker made that has a radio tower with the verbage "Insurance Mandated Cloud Based Camera System" and when anyone approaches my bus to interact with me I point to the window sticker first thing. Another good tip is turn on a light that illuminates you and put both hands up on the steering wheel in full view. Your minimal conversation with police is spot on and I've dated a lawyer for over ten years and believe me I have been present when she got a call from a client and her first comment she tells them.... "Do not talk with the police" I am a Facebook friend of yours for a few years and this is the first video I've seen on KZfaq so the algorithm must have worked in our favor for once. A good start, but may I add some additional thoughts? First off. Obey the law. Know the law. Secondly, Have all your paperwork immediately accessible. And by paperwork, I mean papers; don't use your phone for insurance proof. Bad idea Of course, this implies that you have a valid driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance. Keep your car clean and in good repair. (Check that the license plate lights are working.) Don't keep contraband in your possession. Don't smoke dope in your car or keep drug paraphernalia lying about. When PoPo looks in the back. He needs to see nothing. And I mean spend some money, vacuum the carpets, and steam clean them, if necessary. I told my teen boys to have a shirt from some fast food place hanging in the back in a dry cleaning bag. "Where are you coming from?" Gesturing with thumb towards the shirt. "Work" "Where are you going"? "Home" "KISS" Keep it simple, stupid. I would keep my cameras a little more stealthy. Don't resist and don't be a jerk, but don't let them abuse you. Go watch Audit the Audit for a really good education on citizen-police interactions.

Yeah, cameras and theft devices are going in my next van.... Because about a year ago in North Mississippi I was coming back from the gym to my cousin's house. The cop said I was swerving and immediately claimed I was drunk. They love pulling over cars with out of state plates! I was totally sober and even blew a zero on the breathalyzer, but still got arrested for a DUI. Luckily my mom knew a judge in the area and got me out of that mess. And like a year before that, my van got stolen! I got it back 2 days later, but it was trashed and stripped!

Keep your hands in plain view. Turn on your dome light! Move slowly. Don't reach for documents as the cop approaches as they can see you reaching for something but not for what you are reaching. Let the cop know when you are going to open a compartment, a glove box, a seat compartment, a purse, etc. Slowly open and stop. Let the cop see inside and confirm there is no weapon before you start grabbing for items. Never argue with a cop when they tell you the reason for the stop. Argue in court, not on the side of the road. Don't admit to the violation, but don't think you can bully the cop into backing down. Don't put a chip on their shoulder and give them a desire to find a reason to make your day worse. Use a suitable honorific. Show sympathy if the weather is bad. Don't give false praise or try to butter them up. They have seen it all. Find ways to make their job easier and they'll find ways to make your situation better. Find ways to aggravate them and they'll find a legitimate way to hassle you. They'll smell alcohol and pressure you to do a road sobriety test and take your refusal as reasonable suspicion to keep fishing. They'll smell marijuana and call for a K-9 unit and delay you for an hour. They'll claim your tires crossed a center line ... and no one will reject their baseless claim.

Funny when people say "Don't break the Law", yet many don't and still get pulled over for trumped up reasons. I personally had a cop tailgate me with his brights on late at night on a country road for many miles because he saw my out of state plates. Probably thought I was a drug runner. The reality is that we are guilty until proven innocent and they will make up any reason to have you arrested and extorted.

That setup is not only way over done in my opinion in my state anything under the rear view mirror and bottom of the windshield is illegal. Must be above or behind mirror. Other then that I agree on having cams setup properly

you may not have to answer any QUESTIONS ... (meaning you could remain completely silent) but you MUST follow a legal COMMAND given by a LEO! depending on the circumstance/setting ... that could include: - identifying yourself (correctly) - providing validation of your and your vehicle's status - exiting the vehicle - submitting to patdown (terry stop) - detainment (including handcuffs and seated in popo car) the FAILURE to comply to (currently) legal direction will allow LEOS to escalate 'use of force' protocol ... there are also dash camera apps available on the Android and Apple stores for your cell phone I use one called Droid dash cam that is excellent as a dash cam and all dash cams are not the same if you do the proper research you can find this out, many l years ago I did the research tracing back to china the manufacturers of many of the dash cameras before they became popular as before I purchased one I had actually been using a plug and play camera hooked to a computer on a makeshift stand on the front passenger seat before a dash cam was a thing, the original go pros were actually manufactured by a company in china that also had their own Chinese branded cameras XIAOMI, THEY MANUFACTURED MANY OF THE COMPONENTS FOR THE GO PRO after splitting up from their partner they rebranded as YI CAM they are now one of the larger makers of dash cams and home security cameras, BTW, I still use that original dash camera today that I purchased in 2014 from China...many of todays dash cams are manufactured in China by by several different manufacturers and are very sinilar in specs but just put in different housings for retailer branding much like chinese diesel heaters are

You seem to get pulled over a lot. Seems just watching few videos your at fault everytime.IMO maybe you should do speed limit , know how fast your going , have your proper up to date paperwork and become a better driver who pays attention on driving and not allow ur attention take away from roadways for video recording. It would really help to stop smoking weed in your vehicles so police dont have reasons to aearch you. As a us citizen i see that your the entire reason why your being pulled over so much or have so much dealings with law enforcment. Maybe you do this for attention but then you try to act like its the police fault for pulling you over in videos.From watching a few of your videos im pretty sure you will keep having run ins with law enforcement becuse you dont learn from your mistakes.
