I work in the legal field. Make an internal affairs report on EVERY officer that was at the scene and that came to your house. Get an Attorney and sue the Police Department. I used to represent Police Departments in lawsuits and trust me the city of that Police Department will settle with you…BUT you MUST start with requesting a copy of the Warrant, bodycam footage, etc and file an internal affairs complaint on EVERY officer that was there!

This is unfortunate. 1. Get a lawyer. 2. You never have to answer the door for police officers. Let them knock the door down with a battering ram etc and make them pay for it afterwards. 3. Go to Internal Affairs for the harassment that is going on with APD. 4. At this point, you need to know the laws of Atlanta and Georgia so the next time they pull you over, you are prepared. 5. Review all your old KZfaq videos and if there is any incriminating evidence than can be deemed as illegal activity or breaking the law, make it private or remove the video(s). Stay strong and don't let them stop your motion.

Not even remotely close to accurate in the state of Georgia. An arrest warrant is an arrest warrant. Law Enforcement can pick you up wherever and whenever, if you have a warrant. A search warrant is for items, an arrest warrant is for people. An in hand warrant is not necessary, they are well within the color of law in this case. I don’t necessarily agree with it, but it is what it is.

Through discovery in current case from your lawyer or after your current case is over you can do a open records request for any statement from him with your name in it that are in your case file as exculpatory evidence
