Its like that a school now. A bully gets all the sympathy, attention and councelling but if their victim takes things into their own hands, they get expelled and a visit from the police and made to appologise or stabbed or threatened by one of the bully's mates. If it was me, the headmaster'd be getting a solicitor's letter and I'd be going to the newspapers but no doubt none of the school authorities'll be 'available for comment' (in other words dent there's a problem or KEEP YOUR GOBS SHUT AND DON'T SAY ANYTHING TO THE MEDIA!'.

My suggestion is....DO NOT involve the police!!!. Persuade the foreign person to follow you for a chat, turn the camera off & deal with the situation down a dark alley away from prying eyes. If it was my wife & kids there is no way I would involve the law as they do not give a crap, two tier policing!!!. Enough of filming, time to take justice into our own hands.

No immigrant can claim benefits. You must be 5 years past leave to remain. Leave to remain takes 10 years so at least 15 years before u can claim any benefits. Im married to an immigrant and im disabled. He cant get carers allowance even thou hes my only carer. Stop talking crap. It says on his bio ID, NO RECOURSE TO PUBLIC FUNDS go google it.

@@thelawisthelaw They cant claim income support but they can get an allowance www.gov.uk/asylum-support/what-youll-get This doesn't include housing benefit which they can also claim. They still get money even when refused asylum. So your claim they can't claim benefits is easily disproved. You need to try harder. Maybe you should try going to your "carers" place of origin and see how much money you cant get there.

I was a senior police officer and international police advisor. I love the way these police end up with two sergeants and a group of plain clothes prima Donnas confronting a guy in the right to remind him that it is their f***ing job to do nothing and for him not to tread on their territory. In my day I would have told the two most junior plods to get out and arrest him thus putting him in the system as a recorded offender who should be directed at any agency which could help him. At least he is drunk and disorderly. The police should arrest him . Actually any person ,not just a Constable, can arrest any one who is drunk and disorderly. Why aren’t the police arresting this drunken man? Here’s the man, obviously drunk. It is an offense to be drunk in a public place. These cops are a disgrace . Nothing unusual today.

Yes it is. At least in England. It is an offence for a publican to sell alcohol to a drunken customer or allow him to stay on licenced premises.@@Baddscorpio

Drunk ,which was causing him to be disorderly , if he hadn't have been drunk,he likely wouldn't have been disorderly. So drunk on its own is not a crime, but his behaviour caused by the alcohol was illegal.

Glad you came to Brum! Just wanted to share something that made me stop in my tracks and swear "you must be fu(King kidding me" A bus went past as I was walking home and plastered on its ad space was a Muslim phrase saying 'Islam is love and peace' 'MUHAMMAD' there was some numbers next to the word MUHAMMAD. Its a Christian country and I think that I've not seen any passages from the Bible on a bus! Neither the Torah or even the sikh Guru Granth Sahib for that matter! What's next I wonder?
