Bhai I don't know where you get this information but it's completely wrong. Helmets are not supposed to break but to protect you from one big impact the helmet after that should not be used even if it's unbroken because their structural integrity is compromised. Please get your information correct. It's a helmet not car's bumper impact zone 😂😂

Galat information ha. Jab helmet plastic ka hota ha or ham girte hen to vo sab pressure ko apne uper daal leta ha or humein bachaane ke liye khud tut jaata ha. Or agar helmet steel ka hoga to vo khud nahin toote ka or saara pressure hamare sar par pare ga. I hope everyone understood❤

Best helmet medium level ka hota hai jiski uper ki cell girne se tut jaye or under ke foam me koi effect na pade Or jo pura tut jata hai vo bhi khrab hota hai or jo nhi tutta vo bhi khrab hota hai bcoz usse girne se newton law lgta hai every action has an equal and opposite reaction so that's whys vo safe nhi hai usse brain ko damage hone ka chance hota hai..... I use ISI marked helmet always. I am from Army background and never wear cheap helmet. Besides I am not scared of Police as I myself obey traffic rules.
