I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. I have blood pressure problems. I don't think this was a case of low blood pressure because of the driver speeding up after his car was stung. That wouldn't be the behaviour of an ill person.

Exactly, anyone who requires an ambulance after fleeing from police/failing to stop and crashing should have to pay for the ambulance service attending

From what I saw they wanted to use their stinger on his tyres as they did, probably they hoped he'd grind to a halt first. Also there weren't enough units for the T pack at first. Even when he was driving on his rims it wasn't easy to stop him, imagine if he'd had four intact tyres, it was only him sliding off and crashing finished things easily. They were nothing like crazy American cops, they would have gone straight for Pit manoeuvre regardless of speed or outcome. I watched a video of an American cop doing that to a lady trying to find somewhere to draw in and she was even signalling and slowing down but couldn't because of the wall at the side of the road, cop got mad then did Pit manoeuvre flicking her car upside down, she was lucky not to be killed or lose her child as she was pregnant.

Perhaps you should apply for a job with the police I'm sure they's appreciate your vast knowledge.
