I see many comments stating the police should have told those kids to move back sooner and be more firm. Im pretty sure they tried to keep the situation calm. Its clear non of those kids understood a word english. Shouting at them to move back most likely would have caused chaos, fast moving and loud talking teenagers. Which would have upset the horse. I am not, in any way, trying to underestimate these guards abilities, but they are young and less assertive than the adult guards we see on the bigger horses. The police tried to keep the situation under control without risking it to escalate. They know exactly what they are doing.

Too many kids and not enough adults watching them. They need to have less kids or 1 adult per 4 kids..... and the adults have to pay attention. They should also tell them before they go anywhere how to behave and what not to do. If a kid or kids act up they should have to go back to hotel with a adult and not be allowed out until it is time for them to return home.

I'm sorry but that Trooper (or whatever her title is) is doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to protect her horse from those kids crowding her and putting their hands all over her horse's face.
