my videos take a long time because of all the research to get as much information as i can and FOI requests take time. I'm waiting of the results from a FOI request's and then ill be making more video's i don't want to just go and look for a reaction.

To be clear, i have nothing against tatoos. Some of my best friends and family sport tatoos. When i was sixteen 50 years ago and cosidering a career in the police the requirement was that no tatoos were permitted....How times have changed.

If 2 or 3 smart auditors combined together, with telephoto lens, shot gun mikes, etc. Then planned and scripted encounters could and would result. Either the Police would settle out of court, or lose. Either way, the result would be tax free money for the “Victims” As the only way the Police could control the situation, would be to ignore the auditors, their ago would not let them, auditors win every time and collect. Three groups working the UK could make a very nice, tax free living, if they organised themselves. All totally legal. Think about it. Nothing preventing anyone from performing a legal activity that will draw the Police into acting illegally, sueing, collecting and repeating.

We all know why s26 isn’t used…. It’s because the police are (rather bizarrely) considered as responsible for policing themselves and the everyday Joe out there who falls foul of police misbehaviour will rarely have the means or subsequent drive to hold the offending officer to account via a private prosecution. The IOPC is basically nothing more than a damage limitation exercise for the reputation of the police whereby they only ever take action if they are left with no other option but to do so and civil claims just end up with a payout which the offending officer usually isn’t ever even aware of.

A good video enjoyed your comments. There was thoughts on both sides on this one. Really the officers were total moron didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Just trying to throw their weight around and the order could’ve been a little bit more diplomatic where they were trying to deal with an incident just stood there filming with his dogs drinking his beer and it wasn’t exactly very good but they could’ve handled it a totally better and just sorted the situation out. He also made a mistake of trying to use humour with the police I don’t have a sense of humour, unless it’s them with each other 27:54
