I see you struggling with this duvet to get it into that fitted sheet pocket, it can be very simple! The old school way, just place the fitted sheet empty on the bed, then place this down blanket on top of it, and as a finishing touch you can place a bedspread or blanket on top, ''So simple''

Duvet get the first 2 corners lined up then stand on the side step and let it drop while still holding the top very easy even for the shorter person hahaha

Taff when you put on a cover do as you did first then weather permitting shake it out the van the cover will fall down 😊

For your bed you need to look up a bedding call duvalay here in NZ , we have them in our van but you may called them something else in UK , they are so easy leave them flat or roll up and they are warm in the winter even at -5
