If he got his shit together when he became aware of his feelings, the season would be over by episode 3. That is not how Shondaland works.

It's amazing the entire ton wasn't talking about how obviously jealous Colin was because Colin was so transparently so. Girl was making a fool out of himself. Just admit you are in love with Pen already! I think part of Colin being interested in Pen now is definitely that toxic I-didn't-realize-how-great-you-were-until-I-thought-of-you-being-with-someone-else crap. But penelope is smart and she knows sooner or later she can't contr*l her anymore. Its why she constantly dev*lues her. She needs penelope to think low of herself cause the second she doesn't is the second she loses contr*l of her.
