Ай бұрынMost visible parts can be removed for polishing. Though daily cleaning will keep parts bright and shiny. I'm using a wire brush wheel (like those on a bench grinder). Internal cleaning can be done with a 1/4" diameter pipe cleaner.

Could electroplating process improve the appearance?

unnecessary. Only see it if covers removed. Plating, if done only in copper. USA requires plating when sold in US. Hence, shiny clad parts. But it's the insides that count.
