That privilege doesn’t extend to criminal activity. That’s why his attorney’s privilege rights were also revoked in the documents case. Trump asked his lawyer to commit a crime for him.

Because Trump wanted him to pay cash. Cohen was smart to make a paper trail. Otherwise he wouldn’t have been reimbursed. Pecker from the inquirer testified he got stiffed on the mcdougal hush$ payment. That’s why pecker didn’t want to be involved in the stormy stuff.

Pat, you have a great podcast to entertain around the world. You have the perfect 3 people.2 of them with opposite views and Tom keeping them in line with the correct facts and the both admire him and understand he knows what he is Talking about. Vinny very passionate and gets worked up you can almost see the vessels in his temple ready to burst at any time. Adam can get going too on the other side you think they are ready to go to blows but deep down they do respect each other for their view and respect Tom as well and you direct which way you want thing to go. Even when in the heat of the battle if you raise your voice to get things back in control ( you do allow it to go on) but when it has been enough and you raise your voice to knock it off they quickly rain it in. I had a suit where I was asked by my attorney to allow recording of the conversation for him to go back and transcript what we discussed, and my deposition was also recorded. As long as the client knew they were being recorded, there is no issue of taking a recording of a conversation. However, Cohen is breaking client-attorney privilege by keeping and sharing said conversation. He should have his licenses in all areas of law revoked and should be penalized for divulging such, and he is now also liable for possible slander, and additional suit or penalty of breaking the law, where he may serve additional time.

My problem with PBD is that I started watching him because he portraited himself as an independent individual, who "just wants to have a conversation" type of guy. He just wants the truth! But here we got Trump in court for something he clearly did and PBD is in 100% defense of Trump, even when Cohen got recordings With proof of Trump involvement in the crime. Thats like saying Gotti wouldve never got caught if it wasn't for Sammy the Bull wasn't a local servant. To these people, Trump is not guilty even beyond reasonable doubt. I could only imagine if this crime was committed by Biden or anyone on the left, that person would have never be able to run in the democratic party. Let alone, run for the presidency. The left would've gotten that person ousted in a heart beat, even before the right wing starts attacking that person.
