I’ve been really honing down on purchasing less because in reality when I started to purge the amount of things I possessed just overwhelmed me.

Can i just add a tip please? Upcycle! Being a brown girl with the goods and a relatively small waist, plus peri on board- i have quite a few pairs of jeans i no longer wear/fit. Some are being upcycled into midi denim skirts and vests as we speak. I am obsessed with vests and a denim on denim on denim look ❤❤❤❤ Also in Sydney I can use my linen pieces for 6-9 months of the year. I don’t have to swap out seasonal clothing. Love your tips T!

I loved this video, especially your points on second hand, preloved shopping as an option. A few years ago, I was of the opinion that it had to be “new” to be good. However, I discovered that the thrift stores are so full of high end and luxury pieces, that shopping retail, really isn’t the end all. The things people donate always blows my mind. I’ve found multiple pieces from Stella McCartney ,Jill Sanders, Sandro, Lafayette 148, Etro, Burberry, just to name a few. Thrift store shopping is especially good if you live in a more affluent city, such as the DMV, Miami, etc.; donations tend to be better because that’s where “the money resides” if you know what I’m saying. Great video.

Shopping with intention and trying to stick with my budget. So many beautiful pieces are out here. Now where can I go for a weekend pole dance😂

So much goodness here and of course well thought out actionable plans that are clear and concise. The green dress with the cut outs will go a long way for all of your trips; the H&M green sweater can work for a few weeks and pop back out fall and winter when you need a push to go out side when the weather changes (to brighter your mood and give them a look) without breaking the bank. The heels in a contrasting color is a yes as is the bib white shirt (rental if you can find it). The other white shirt that is cropped with shoulder pads is a choke hold because it is a twist on a classic and you can take it from spring into summer on vacations (all of them day or night) and will pair well with high wasted trousers in the fall for an evening look (flowy trousers with a blazer). Whatever you choose, I wish you all the best as you create content for us to enjoy, inspire and cheer for!

Denim is also on my list for this season. I think the compromise on the H&M sweater is reasonable. I'd get the shoes though, lol. I agree when looking for pieces resale shops and boutiques are great options. I've found beautiful pieces with tags most often at resale boutiques. It was my introduction into luxury items.
