I have the polo green and red versions and I’m quite happy with them. Green is close to the latest version of Polo. The first Cologne I ever purchased was as Polo Green in 1982, there was nothing like it or ever will be .

checked my walmart after watching this and they had deep blue and I love it! Also tried the classic match Ysl Y but wasn’t a big fan. Now i’m tempted to try more of the belcam dupes they have a ton

I had RL Polo Green(reformulated version) and currently have Belcam Polo Green. I actually prefer Belcam. I find it smoother...easier to wear. I've never tried the vintage RL Polo Green.

Totally agree! I think the ParfumBeclam version of Polo Green is a lot softer and more tame.

Polo black came out in 2005 and smells like invictus. Bubble gum scents aren't polarizing really since they appeal to a lot of people. That cheap knock-off literally smells like alcohol and there's hardly any fragrance to it and dies away within minutes. Guys, just save your money for the real thing.

That nitro to me, is great. I'm a huge fan of Hugo, nitro last ALL DAY!!!.... and, dirt cheap.

Nothing I like more these days then a cheapie alternative, big money frags are getting old, and some don't last. But, I have been buying these for awhile now, and I'm just as happy with Belcam.

Watching for the Polo Blue comparison - funnily enough I have the Classic Match's Drakkar Noir version and I just bought the original (legit) Drakkar Noir a few days ago from TJ Maxx and the Classic Match version lasts longer scent wise and project wise than the original! Blew me away.

If you had to pick one Polo fragrance you like best which one would it be? Most people seem to like the original Green the best. I never smelled Polo before so I bought Classic Match Black because it had like twice the amount of positive reviews on Amazon compared to Green. I also bought Parfum Belcam G eau Blue which is a clone of Acqua di Gio Profondo because it had a coupon which made it cost under $5 lol. I like them both. The G eau Blue's performance is terrible tho. It lasts under a couple hours and then it's a skin scent. Definitely going to try Classic Match Green.

@@markcoffman494 Unfortunately no. At the time I was really interested in trying it but then I got distracted by all the middle eastern fragrance clones that are supposed to be really good quality and now I'm more interested in those. I might pick up Classic Match Green if I come across it on sale. Oh yea and after using Classic Match Black more I think it's actually not that great. Not bad but kind of boring.

@@Tatertot01 I would definitely just head over to Walmart and grab one. I have about seven bottles in reserve. Of course, I don’t think they’re going to discontinue it at all. But for me, they make great gifts and I have gotten many compliments on the green. Just today somebody mentioned that the office smelled very nice and I said well. It smells a little bit like pine and they agreed and I said well that’s my cologne. They asked where I got it, and I told him what it was.

@@markcoffman494 I'll keep that in mind. It is fall season after all and polo green is supposed to really shine in in fall and winter so maybe I'll try it. Thanks for the reminder.

I just got one the Polo Black line at wm and it's close to the Ralph Lauren Polo Black missing one or 2 notes

I have the 1st 4. Unfortunately, Covid made my wife have a permanent (2+ years now) distaste for any melon or cucumber smell or taste. I had to take the Black and Blue versions to my office to not spray them at home. I love the Green and Blue versions for the price.

That is very unfortunate! I got COVID the first time it came through in 2020 and was afraid that I was never going to recover my smell or taste. I've heard other instances of people's taste/smell being altered after recovering. Hopefully she's still able to enjoy other kinds of fragrances!
