Күн бұрынThis is modified Diecast Racing at the beautiful Shavano Mountain Raceway in Colorado. GTR is intended for diecast racing fans 13+.
Welcome to the Ultimate EVO competition sponsored by Polo Racing and GTR. Stage 1 started with 24 competitors at the 1/8 mile drag strip at Polo Racing. The top 16 have advanced to Stage 2, which takes place here at Shavano Mountain Raceway. Four group races will narrow the field to 8 for Stage 3 back at Polo Racing.

Just when I'm ready for the half time show, it ends! I'm not used to seeing such a short episode on this channel after the 8 race episodes we just had. It just makes me want more! Great job once again, and thank you for all the work you put in keeping your subscribers entertained!

Pesky contracts, you have to read that fine print! 😂 Shavano still has challenges for any racer and that includes the venerated EVO, with no one coming out untouched by error & mishap. Also with only 4 runs, any mistake looms ever larger. Aaron and his _Commentator's Curse_ just before the last lap 🤣 it's almost as if he *could* see the future! Wonderful show and kudos to our two drivers advancing today under tight circumstances 💯😎🏁

Hold my Beer and Watch This!. This was great. Happy Independance Day Y'all. Tough track and unpredictable as always. One can never say, "well, he has this in the bag" as anything can happen. Just 1 reason this track is so amazing, edge of your seat, and a real nail biter! Thanks for great entertainment. Happy 4th. Now, go out there and cook some beans.

I was out in the shop thinking about this race. Then it hit me. The HMB guys were so bad at the commentary in group 1 they were banned from the booth. I was laughing to myself so much, I had to come in and comment. Sometimes one gets so involved in the background views at the beginning that subtle comments get missed. But I got it.

It's very possible that most builders tuned their EVOs for the drag race, which was Stage 1. Experience with the EVO and drifting has been very good, so it may be weight placement.

I was also surprised at the mediocre times the evos were pulling! These are a casting well known for speed!!
