Got this one about a year ago. Pretty nice little machine. I have cleaned things that i thought were perfectly clean! It is great to follow up with this after mopping the floors. Had a Karcher SC3 before that worked for a handful of times then crapped out and went into retirement. Polti has much better quality control.

Ho il vaporetto polti smart 100 T, la pistola funziona a tratti, ovvero eroga il vapore ma non è continuo all'improvviso si blocca, inoltre il difetto aumenta se alzo la pistola verso l'alto. Cosa potrebbe essere?? Riuscite a fare dei video-tutorial? Grazie

OMG I couldn't finish watching this video when I really wanted to learn about this steamer! I had to stop when you were guessing what the steam volume knob was for. I mean first of all it's green (like the light on the steam symbol); the knob has the universal indicator of steam along with "Max" & "Min." You really should read the manual or research a product PRIOR to doing these videos. Not doing so is an injustice to both the company and yourself as a reviewer. And I don't mean like full on try to sell the thing for the company, just some basic stuff so you can accurately demonstrate it for us without us having to watch you figure it out. I understand it is an unboxing but sheesh maybe a little more effort in common sense and concentration? I don't know, just a suggestion. Good luck.
