We are submerged in a dry swimming pool. A SEGA Mega Drive, Commodore 64, floppy disk drives and hard drives sing in unison. The unusual ensemble (controlled live via MIDI) are given a last curtain call in a nostalgic farewell to forgotten friends.
Idea & execution by James Houston. Music written & performed by Julian Corrie.

I wanted to see more of the technology actually making the sounds...it's like they cared more about getting these slow panning shots and being artsy than actually featuring the marvel of turning old electronics into musical instruments

Didn't you just define cinematography? I think they played it pretty safe with this, and it turned out fantastic. I can't complain about anything with this. It's beautiful. It's one more beautiful melody telling of something that seems to me to be a tragedy. I love every bit of it. The name, the sounds, the musician. An instant favorite of mine.

You can make them make different sounds depending on write speed, so yes. They are different tones.
