Everything is fabulous! Love the bracelet you made - unique, and the colors are great. Feel better! Add some Quercetin to the zinc and also add NAC. 5-10,000 units of D3 along with K2 for absorption, a day. Take 1000-15000 mg C every couple hours to bowel tolerance. Drink lots of fluids

As for getting ill everyone seems to be getting that way this month, I know Covid is becoming rampant, 3 of my kids and a son in law all work n the medical fields, then my nieces boss came down with it, medical field, so all have had their shots and up to date also, and my niece said it’s like clock work every vaccinated person is now catching Covid, and our family we are all unvaccinated had this stuff on Jan, so far knock on wood haven’t got it again. lol the stuff is wicked.
