This is the short, non-tutorial, version of this video. If you wish to see the longer version, with step by step instructions, follow this link - • Fairy House, a Polymer... .
In this video, see how you can create a magical fairy house from polymer clay. The jar inside remains usable, as the lid/roof unscrews, so sit back, relax and watch the process from empty glass jar to finished house.
I was first inspired to make a fairy house after watching Creative Mom on KZfaq, so I thought I would have a go using polymer clay rather than air dry clay and using cane work for the decoration.
Links to Creative Mom’s KZfaq channel - / @creativemom
If you like my work, then please do have a look at my website, www.fionaabel-smith.co.uk/ and follow me on Facebook / fiona.abelsmith and Instagram. / fionaabelsmith.artist
I also have a number of Polymer Clay Tutorials to buy, both in my Etsy shop, PolyOriginals - www.etsy.com/uk/shop/PolyOrig... where I have more tutorials in a PDF format, and as a video tutorial here - polyoriginals.thinkific.com/co...
The music from the video is English Country Garden by Aaron Kenny and Waterfall by Aakash Gandhi, both available from the KZfaq Free Audio Library.
Thank you so much for watching.

You are a dear for putting this video up as well as the detailed version. I could 100% watch a 2hr tutorial of yours.. but I've been doing clay for about a decade, I think I've got the "skinner blend" down by now.. I think. Lol. Thanks a bunch! This is so wonderful!

I have watched hundreds of fairy houses being made but I have never seen one that is so beautifully constructed and detailed and fits a Fairy home like this one does..Not only the home is beautifully done but the garden with its array of perfectly formed flowers and toadstools ,you even added flowers to the roof ..Just incredible..Hand on heart this is the most beautiful Fairy House I have ever seen.Your work is exceptionable 😀

I was blown away watching this video. You have a wonderful talent. I'm two days in using polymer clay on jam jars and I am already hooked and learning all the time. Love the way you put the colours together and the flowers are exquisite. Thank you for making this video and showing how it can be done. . Jill

So pretty. What ki dog paper did you use for the Windows? What kind of clay was the white clay?
@FionaAbelSmithPolyOriginals
@FionaAbelSmithPolyOriginals 5 жыл бұрын
That's where the full video comes in where I go through it all for you in detail :) For the white clay go to 7.30 minutes, for the windows, go to 26 minutes. It is far easier/quicker for you to watch it, than for me to write out all the info for you here, hope that's okay? kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mN53bKd3lbHaZas.html
