I really appreciate you making these vids since a certain someone I used to look up to pulled all her tutorials from YT and put them behind a paywall.

I know :-( I wish she would use both platforms for people that can't afford it.

I think I'm mostly salty about it because those were like comfort vids to me. And that she was all about being creative and not buying expensive tools, but now it's like...idk its like selling out? It sends a mixed message. It would have been more cool if she had just made special vids for members and left the ones that had already been up for free forever be.@@TheCreativeDork5

🙋Great leaves.... Love the colors.💜❤💚 Hope all's well with you and yours. We had some nice weather last week but it's back to cold here in the northeast. I'm only about an hour from the Canadian border.. actually raining today but it was sleeting last night. Take care and God bless you. Sue 😺🙏💜

Oh wow. That's a bit too cold for me. Born and raised in Southern California. I love our weather but it's so iffy

I love these, but I'd love to know why you reduce so small? I was always told not to reduce too small until you know what you want to do with the canes, and to be honest, I haven't made anything with my canes because I usually make and then put them away and forget about them 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤣... I don't have much artistic talent so don't know what to use them for... I'd love to see some of what you've made if that is possible? Thanks for sharing, 💐💓😍

They're great if you want to create a slab. The flowers I just layer on a sheet and then cut them out from there. Kaleidoscope canes, I still haven't used them that much. I'm in the same boat as you. They make nice bowls and such if you line them up and then cut it out in a circle or a hexagon shape. Hope that makes sense. Wish I could share a picture here.

Is your #1 thickest or thinnest?

My #1 is on the thick side. 0 is the thickest...9 is thinnest

Why do you make a Mark on the bottom?
@TheCreativeDork5 Жыл бұрын
That line will be pulled when I reduce the cane and as long as it stays straight then I know my cane is straight
