I removed most of the necro components and focused more on polymorph. Also, if you're playing as Fane or an undead, accept the covenant with the God King for 2 free talent points. You can then use Sworn Breaker so you don't have to kill all of Arx and still keep your talent points.

I had a playthrough of this with a friend once where I hyper spec'd into pyro with some warfare and a staff. I was the bonk wizard, but later on in arx there's this staff that a merchant sells that basically puts a bomb on a target that will explode the next turn if you physically smack them with the staff. so I got onslaught and we one-shot bracus and the kraken I think. Its been years since that playthrough, and unfortunately my long time co-op partner and best friend has passed since then. Miss you lots man, no one I've ever met has been able to jam on that game with me quite a hard, and no one has been as smart or funny. tell your friends you love em if you read this far in, and have a great day

So when I played this game with some friends, I didn't really use polymorph but my friend of mine did. They were playing a rogue like build, but they had a couple polymorph spells. One of our favorite combos to do was have them turn the target into a chicken and then use rupture tendons. This made them take bleed damage as they moved, and as a chicken the only thing they could do was move. If I came up before the enemy in the turn order, and my friend had done their combo, sometimes I'd be a bit cheeky and haste the enemy that was chickened and tendon ruptured. More movement from haste meant they took even more bleed damage as they were forced to move.

Only 400 hours in an I never thought of using Terrain Exchanged or Force Exchange like that :O colour me shook. Well here I go downloading Divinity 2 to make a perfect 4 party run and try and complete every quest I can for all companions. Another few months of gaming every night. looking forward to it. My build was an elf dragoon. Wore heavy armor with a spear so had finesse for attack. Cranked up warfare. Got cloak and dagger, tactical and Phoenix dive to jump all over the battle field. I'd bait enemies to surround me the use Rage and Whirlwind. Spears have sick reach so it was a Whirlwind of critical death. And with polymorph I could repeat this shit over and over. Was a fukin demon

I accidentally started dabbling in polymorph just because i never found that teleport move that Wayfarers can use so I said fuck it and gave Spread Your Wings to my Wayfarer so I could warp myself to high ground every fight lol. Polymorph is fun

ironically, lone wolf doesn't stack on polymorph. you don't get double skill point value like normal, it's an exception to the perk because it gives you attributes

Make another character a summoner. And max summoner as fast as you can. For the red prince max warfare as fast as u can while only putting points in polymorph for the skills u want. There are also builds available if u need help with that on fextralife.

Try double Escapists for an infinite first turn on 99% of all fights. Make one dude tanky so he doesn't get burst down by all the enemies, delay the turn so he is last in the turn order, then when his turn comes, bring in your other party member(s). You use all but your last AP so you can flee and then re-enter the first turn while the other party member holds it. Infinite first turn.

There are fights where you can apply a similar logic: I once cheesed the fight against Roost by leaving and re-entering through the stairs. No escapist required and the fun of seeing Roost die to 20 totems was worth the work

The second time i played divinity was coop with a friend and i pretty much used that build. When he died to the devourer dragon it was a moment of: Fine I'll just do it myself. The damage was absolutely bonkers and I didn't even use Fane

Yeah. Fun part. Skin Graft. Resets all cooldowns, removes all negative status effects. Can only be used once per battle. Skin Graft Scroll. 1 Source Orb, Animal Skin, and a Sheet of Paper. No cooldown. No limit. Adrenaline, Flesh Sacrifice. Infinite turn, never ending. Just, don't screw it up. Adrenaline spam will kill you if you don't end them in 1 turn lmao.

to me , the best thing till today is throw a mind maggot grenade on endgame bosses and let them fight among themselves. best laugh i had with the game was the mage, creator of the kraken, say "go kraken kill them!" , the kraken looks at us, looks at him, and fkin shoot 2 attacks on the mage (his creator) killing him XD

@@manuleko12 we may have a similar thing after Act 1 on the Lady Vengeance in the secret compartment with the Gheists (Dallis pets). We would repeatedly go up and down the ladder and the Gheists were stuck on the other side of the room. Turns out someone in our party had used a charm grenade and they tried to get us on a different part of the map. We were visible on the map, but not reachable and the Gheists got stuck.

I see a lot of bull horns/bull rush being used here- so here’s an idea: Get the skills sparking swings, enrage, adrenaline, and bull horns. Take the Savage Sortilege talent. Before a fight, cast bull horns, sparking swings, and enrage in that order, and watch as you get guaranteed crits on every enemy you charge into with a move that allows you to hit multiple enemies come back every turn for a while. Always cast bull horns and sparking swings before enrage to apply it, then adrenaline and enrage for the AP refund. Great for mixed damage parties or just a battlemage.

Funny enough: after your last video I picked up divinity. Just haven't had time to play it yet, AND I have no idea how to since. Every video I can find is 20min-2hrs, not very beginner friendly huh? Still wanna play very much.

Honestly just pick classic difficulty or easier and jump right in. The game is in-depth but not as complicated as it seems. Then you can look up guides as you need to. For starting off, I recommend a full physical damage party or lone wolf duo. Put points into a little bit of magic just for the buffs like peace of mind. Fane is the most powerful character. He has a skill that lets him get another turn once per battle when cast so he's very beginner friendly and also the protagonist of the game so he's pretty important to the story. Elves have flesh sacrifice so they make excellent rangers or necromancers and every other physical damage build they do pretty good in. Humans have the highest crit chance so they're OP at basically everything. Fane, Sebille, Lohse and Ifan is a solid part for your first playthrough, or just Fane and Sebille for Lone Wolf. Otherwise, just pick whatever character you find the most interesting. Up to you.

I did so manny god power mods. I straight up nuked a town with a shower of meteors. Then absilutely killes any remaining sins. Their was a guy that attacked me. And i destryes him, resurected him and mad him my abomimationf of god, turning him into like this slugish meat sack. And made him my companion. Another time a family was captured. And i accedently castes a power tha rained comet strike in the entire area. And i accedently killed them Yeah im pretty much a vailn. I did cursed playthroughs, and broken gameplays. Very fun when you have the power of a broken god like character.
