Can we talk about how awesome that trunk increased? I know its over a good deal of time, but in such a pot: that's super impressive. Thats a girthy 'granate.

That pomegranate is looking gorgeous! Great to see that it at least was vigorous in spring of 2022.

Broski!!! This is such an attractive little tree. I love the trunk and branch structure you have established. I have a vertical branch on mine that has a lot of years on it...ive been considering taking it out...tough choice. I think yours really looks great with your taller apex...just my vote. Cheers

Great work Ian! I guess this tree is one of your faves? Nice trunk line. I think it's probably a dwarf variety because the leaves stay small like that.

I’ve repotted some of my tiny (in comparison) poms this year and they dropped all their leaves. I put them in a trainer with dome and the slightly more humid and warmer environment made them bounce back in a week time. Crazy!

That is a lovely little tree. I started some seeds off this year so i will be following your progress. Just a thought if you want a bigger bowl to work in, you could try a kitty litter tray. Some of the larger ones are a good size and the sides are nice and low.

Beautiful bark! Amazing how he texture gives impression of age to a small tree. Really digging the shape - gets better each year. What are 'normal' winter and summer temps where you live?

I planted all of the seeds I got from two pomegranates and holy cow they all germinated. like every single one. the next day I found a nejikan japanese twisting pomegranate seedling at my local bonsai nursery and bought that too. needless to say I have way too many pomegranates

Wow! How old is this tree? Grow lights? Fertiliser? What’s your secret? My poms are not at all growing this fast! In any case, great work: beautiful little tree!
