The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. The technique is named after the tomato-shaped timer used by its creator, Francesco Cirillo. In this video I will show you how to use Casio WS1600H and AE1300W Interval Timer as Pomodoro Technique timer.
