Pompeya is a pop band from Moscow currently residing in Los Angeles. They play a mix of new wave, indie rock, and 70’s disco that’s light, bright, and breezy. They introduced electronic indie to the youth of Moscow with the release of debut record, “Tropical,” which was remixed by multiple artists and re-pressed as a separate vinyl. The bubbly quartet writes sensational, danceable indie music that balances out the feeling of January in Moscow.
After playing together for nine years, Pompeya have hit their stride with help from their label, No Shame Records. Known for upbeat disco pop, their newest release, “Real,” shows a more fully-realized Pompeya. It’s more somber and laid back, but equally as fun-loving and experimental. Yes! Its unbelievable! Ive been their fan since 2012 and they are as equally famous now as they were back then. I thought they'd become so much bigger :( anyways they're super cool and talented musicians

Without any doubt... I discover them on Soundcloud in 2014 and since following there music. These Russians band deserved a premium LABEL deal.... highly underrated I wish them all the best. They are really up there with likes of Cold Play and many others. LOVE POMPEYA from Pakistan

Greetings from Nicaragua. I've been listening to them for about 4 years and I can not believe how great they are. I have recommended them to all my friends. I can not believe that they are not so famous, they are really better than many current artists. simply, they are great, geniuses.

I can't believe these guys are not leading alternative rock or indie rock. Tracks too good, with a tremendous musical quality. I get up dancing and I go to bed singing all the songs. I hope they get very far. You are cordially invited to Chile, Viña del Mar. Greetings

I first heard Pompeya as the outro song at Sasquatch Chronicles podcast. Thanks to Wes Germer a lot of people heard of you. I became a fan instantly after listening to 90. They give me big Depeche Mode vives, happy times, when music was cheerful even when the lyrics where sad sometimes. But what do I know? I’m an 1982 babe.
