As a person who born in Pondicherry and lives there, I can say this video is beautiful and you have got most Popular and important tourist sites covered. Your video is great . There is many museum like police museum, historical museum. Also library near Promenade beach.You can also visit zoo in Pondicherry. Botanical garden is one of the beautiful site to see. Great Vlog...You could have also visited Pichavaram. One of the largest Mangrove Forest in India. It hardly takes 2:30 hours of travel time from pondicherry.

Hi Shashvat. There is a long weekend in the month of aug & i plan on taking my parents to pondicherry. Initially i was planning for kerala but there has been some news in years abt monsoon nt the best time to visit kerala(flood news). Which is why my second option is to visit pondicherry. Both my parents are in their late 50s & do not like to travel much. Do u think pondicherry should be my go to place wid them? Let me know ur thoughts as you have also visited pondicherry last aug

Nice video.. I saw your rental car was from Karnataka and wanted to ask if E-pass is needed to pass TN border?? As when I checked on TN e pass registration portal all dates are greyed out for applying pass

Hey. Rental cars can be from anywhere. We flew into Chennai and rented the car. Technically, when we went when e pass was necessary. Although no one checked in the entire trip. Maybe it’s not required now

Heyy doc I am doing the same trip on year end Chennai to Pondy and back in a rental zoomcar. Will stay for around 8N in Pondy. Tell me one thing what are the Covid guidelines flying into Chennai from Delhi and then driving to Pondy? I am double vaccinated already, do I need to carry on a RT-PCR report before i board the flight from Delhi and will we be tested on arrival in Chennai airport or while driving in to Pondy do they test eneoute again as well?

I went a couple of months back. Rules keep changing all the time. Check the latest rules on airport or airlines website. They have the latest updates. When I went only E Pass was required but no one checked

No restrictions . No covid test or vaccine certificate requires. Like I mentioned in the video, entry to some places and some activities are restricted

atleast pondicherry is one of the few places which is unaffected by some saitanic attrocities of 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44 , 5:55, 6:66, 7:77, 8:88, 9:99 -- these numbers only indicate Mughal: Dutch and Portuguese invaders to the country. but anyway i like this place and its serenity it maintained for long.

Any Tourist Restrictions coming from KARNATAKA to TN and Pondy . Any Covid 19 Negative test required. All Tourists places in Tn opened, what about Pichavaram and Pondy all places are opened or Closed
