Your workaround is just like the agency security contracts where you switch to public session skips the cooldown. But I wouldn’t do that since I have to do only one tow truck mission per 4 ingame days. The only painful thing is that you have to go a long way if the location is far away. A good workaround though. I don’t know why would rockstar put a cooldown for a thing which can be done only 2 times per ingame day and we won’t receiving money immediately.

So apparently no one's talking about this happening so I'm guessing it's just for me, but I bought a tow truck in this last month, after the new DLC release it just disappeared and then, I got a prompt telling me I need to buy a tow truck to do the tow truck services... This game is marvelous

This is an absolute W of a video! Could you please do one like this for AFK methods now that some have been changed in this DLC?

I always switched sessions when it was 1.7 miles away but now there is a 2 min cooldown its not 5

I want my money back that I wasted for the chop shop. I refuse to wait the 5 minutes! It ruined the whole DLC.

I just cut the Internet and load back from story mode. Prob about the same amount of time but easier imo

5 minute's? Mine takes about 60 seconds. Just enough time to hit the GB one time

I just said screw it. You get 30-40k per car. So in 48 minutes I would get 60-80k. I was mixing the salvage yard in with my Cayo doing it on the Cayo cooldown. So on my Cayo cooldown, I would use the tow truck and get 2 cars. And then I would do one of the missions. Then I would do 2 more cars and then the second mission. So total for the cooldown I was making around 800-850k depending on the cars values. So Rockstar wants to screw with stuff, I just put that business on the backburner (or at least the tow truck part). Now I use the new DLC, I capture the three hourly targets in about 10-15 minutes tops for around 130k plus the car in the salvage yard for around 350k so that's 480k per hour. Do that twice in your Cayo cooldown and your just shy of 1 million without the use of the tow truck. And if you still had time before the cooldown was up, I would mix in a couple dispatch work. This new DLC is way better for grinding then anything in the salvage yard. Salvage yard is good for roughly 1-1.2 million for the three cars per week. Bottom dollar is worth about 900k for the week of main targets. But then the other ones that come back every hour are worth around 2.5 million per day and about 17.6 million per week. So combined with the main target this business is worth over 18 million per week blowing the salvage yard out of the water.

I cant be bothered. Salvage yards only plus is getting to keep a car that you stole. Sometimes. When rockstar feels magnanimous...Also going into a public lobby is rolling the dice. I have been teleported out of businesses and properties by modders way too many times. Thanks for wasting our time, Rockstar...

Salvage a car, start a dispatch mission, then go back to salvage the 2nd car...lets try to have fun and not be lazy
