shoot the cue ball down the rail while frozen on the rail on one side of the table. If your cueball bounces off the side of the rail, even though you are trying to roll it straight with a center hit, then go to the other side of the table and see if you get the same reaction. There should be a difference, which will prove a point i would like to make.

@@ZhangZhenHui no, i am a pool theoritician and student, not a player technically but I do play. One of my theories in earlier research years ago, led me to this experiment, where if inside english in relation to the rail makes pocketing a two frozen ball relationship more user friendly toward solve, then can the shot be executed with outside enlish and is it harder or easier or impossible? Surely it is not impossible. Is it easier or harder = ? I discovered something rather interesting but when being clinical and objective, its hardly revolutionary, nothing in pool is because it is what it is, based off of the human element when entered into the equation. If you are interested in the conclusion, let me know. No, I don't add people to facebook, i dont collab on Instagram, i don't instruct or sell advice. Im basically 5+ years into rewriting the book of pool and what is it exactly when introducing the human element, because other than that, its a 2x1 table with 8 pockets and 3 main connecting angles that add up to 90⁰. If you sent a pic of a car to intelligent aliens, they would be able to figure out what it as well as a humanoid operates it. Send a pic of a table and balls...(but no sticks because they will be able to figure out its a game of some sort, therefore a humanoid equation attatched)....my theory is they will not be able to figure out exactly what it is. I cant think of anything else other than a pool table, that intelligent aliens would not be able to figure out. Pool is everything and nothing, because the mind is everything. Existence is real and constant, but not even math can calculate a pool equation unless static in a vaccuum. Mathematicians still attempt to solve some questions, the last one with relative promise took the formula out to the 40th digit.....in the machining world, the 4rth digit is ignored because its so small, it goes beyond finish and or shine of a part. Reflection and shine or finish is how you measure the 3rd digit in many cases, the 4rth digit is so fine, it almost doesnt exist. Not even the 40th digit in theory on paper satisfies a pool equation when actual motion is introduced. Remember, a shot from a rifle and where the projectile will eventually land no matter what angle you point the rifle at, everything associated with the event can easily be calculated with math..... easily. Put Spheres into motion on a 2x1 surface realm known as pool and not even 40th digit calculations can prove exact outcome..... it is always theory and never conclusive. Nothing else is like that.

@@ZhangZhenHui no, its not crazy "bro". Pool has a inherant problem where math cant explain it objectively because once a sphere is put into motion, the variable of "it depends" constantly enters the equation and its probably because of the coefficiencies of friction and elasticity. Even the best video simulation pool games, have collision of balls down pretty good but not the cue ball path and travel distance like the real world. Probably because they dont have the computing power to give it 3 dimensions vs 2. In the video game, the cueball for most shots, probably always stays on the table and friction is calculated accordingly, thats why it always seems that positional play seems to be sluggish. Because in the real world, all kinds of things are happening, such as, your cueball rarely stays on the table at launch point, especially with high english and medium power or harder. Put a thin coin as close to the base of the ball in front of it. Now hit the cueball FIRM TO HARD above center and see if you can get the coin to move slightly as if the cueball ran over it. Tell me what happens.

@@FIVE-0-APOCALYPTO pool can absolutely be solved mathematically with perfect play. The human element is what makes all games interesting. Your overanalyzing it all to the point of nonsense and genuinely sounds crazy not intelligent. If there is anything you can add to the sport the hasn't already be explained by physics and in practice it would be incredibly shocking to the scientific community as a whole.

@@robertlambert4514 you are full of shit, the scientific community has not figured out much in terms of pool, other than most tests open up other questions. A test was done recently for whatever reason, in the process, they found competent players do not accelerate through the cue ball at what percentage if you are in fact part of the scientific community? Shouldn't be hard to answer if you are in the know.
