ऐसी टेस्टी मसाला खिचड़ी जब भी खायेंगे इसका स्वाद कभी भूल नहीं पाएंगे-mix vegetable masala khichdi-dal khichdi recipe-khichdi recipe-masala khichdi-how to make masala khichdi
ingredients:-
Cooking oil - 2-3 tbs
Cumin (jeera) - 1 tbs
Some curry leaves (optional)
Asafoetida (hing) - 1 pinch
Grated garlic ginger - 1 tbs
Chopped medium size onion - 1
Chopped Green chilli - 2
Chopped potato - 1/2 cup
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Chopped carrot - 1/2 cup
Chopped beans - 1/2 cup
Chopped cauliflower - 1/2 cup
Chopped tomato - 1 cup
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1 tbs
Kitchen king masala - 1 tbs
Salt to taste
Soaked rice - 1 cup
Daal - 1 cup
Water - 3 glass
Garam masala - 1 tbs
