Poor man’s bimini

Summertime will soon be here again and it gets really hot in south Mississippi so I’ve been looking for a way to fight the heat of the sun when I’m out on the river fishing. A Bimini top would be great but they are pretty expensive for this old boy’s pocket book so I’m going to try and make a “poor man’s Bimini top” with a beach umbrella!

I just love your creativity & resourcefulness. That umbrella should be the cat's meow on sunny days. I have a friend who mounted a smaller umbrella on his riding lawn mower. nice video
