@@erikaforero1368 I do. It is not that I am scared of cheese, just that I don't want to touch it or smell it. If it touches any other food I am just not eating it, or even in the same plate. As far as I am concerned, when I was around 4, my family and I were in a camper on the mountains and it was pouring. They decided to make a cheese soup that probably stank a lot. We could not open the windows or go out so both me and my twin brother started vomiting. We both don't deal well with cheese, but my brother tried cheese like three times (drunk) in his lifetime.

For the lady who had a phobia of cotton balls, the people behind that shows’ logic is terrible. Like, imagine have a phobia of spiders, you come on a show to get better adjusted with it, and they just chase you around the studio with a huge tub of spiders. That’s not going to “cure” anything. It’ll only make it worse and the people behind that show know that 🤦🏽‍♀️ Edit: Like, I’m all for exposure therapy (if it’s needed) but this is just full on torture. Also, someone in the comments said this is an actual (unorthodox) method called “flooding” I think we can all agree that whoever came up with this needs jail time.
