I’ve seen this arcade machine at Chuck-E-Cheese, similar to one in Dave & Busters and at Playdium here in Toronto, they have a Pop to Win Machine, except that in the other arcade I’ve been to, something tells me the Balloon doesn’t seem to be popped when someone hits the instant win, it still gives them the Jackpot but for some reason the Balloon gets deflated and resets, it’s an odd machine why the Balloon does that… I did hit an instant win before but it didn’t pop and still gave me the Jackpot…
