This absolutely true. Mine were horrible. Definitely a waste of money. They were bulky and looked unrealistic. They scratched my gums because they were oversized. So upset and disappointed.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear you had that experience with another company! In the past, we have allowed clients to apply what they've paid to that company toward a purchase with us directly. What you would need to do is email us your receipt of what you paid to that company to clientservices@brighterimagelab.com, and if approved by upper management, we can apply that as a credit to a purchase with us. You would be required to mail us their veneer.
