PLEASE READ FOR MORE INFO!!!
I recently purchased this game from Japan, and using a Virtual Machine and MANY hours of trial and error I was able to get it to run and show off some gameplay footage!!! Gameplay is a... term I use loosely, it's not really much of a game, to be honest.
You can choose to pick either Popee, Kedamono, or Papi from the starting screen. From there, you can pick from a variety of wallpapers, screensavers, and little desktop buddies. For some odd reason the wallpapers weren't working, but considering I had already put 12 hours of troubleshooting into this, I wasn't going to delve deeper into it, sorry. Sometimes, "random encounters" happen when you open the game. It happens about 20% of the time, from what I've noticed. From there, you get a chance to encounter the frog, the alien, a glitched screen, and a bunch of Papi's. The frog and alien have a chance of showing you secret screensavers. The glitched screen does absolutely nothing, and the only way to get rid of it is to close the game. The Papi's are pretty self explanatory.
Here is a link containing the games files if you wish to play the game for yourself!! The ISO image file is what you want if you're interested in booting up the game on a virtual machine.

Please note: This requires A LOT of setup. You need to have a virtual machine with a Windows XP ISO, as Windows 2000 would simply not run the game despite claiming otherwise on the box. You also need to set all of your locale settings to Japanese, including the text boxes. You'll know if you didn't do this correctly if you try to boot up the game and the text box shows up with a bunch of question marks and broken symbols.
I'm hoping someone who is more tech savvy than me could be able to extract the files from the game. I believe it COULD be possible to extract the 3D models of the heads, though I'm not making any promises. Edit: A wonderful user on tumblr was able to extract some files from the game!! Finally some actual footage! I purchased the disc as well a few months ago but through a lot of troubleshooting, couldn’t even get it to start. With the description having more details on the process, I might be able to get it to work now. I really want to find a way to extract the files, maybe through trying to contact someone who knows more about this kind of stuff to see if it’s even possible.

A friend of mine was able to extract the files of the game, and that’s what they discovered. I wish they were 3D models though... wishful thinking on my part, I guess.

I wish i could figure out the set up (especially since my machine locale seems to not want to read the files properly) but, you could try to rip the game files with ninja ripper yourself. ^_^ it would be awesome to have the actual 3d models, unless they are sprites which they could be.

I have a problem: I downloaded the zip file and unzipped files to a folder, and I clicked shared folders. On the vm's settings, I clicked the blue folder with + mark, I also find the folder where I put the things, there were no files avabilable. Its 100% that the folder was full of the components of the game.

@@jonasnyul I would try using the ISO file, it's on archive.org as well. Adding it to the VM is pretty similar to adding the ISO file used for installing Windows. Just make sure it's set as a Secondary Master in the Storage settings. And be sure that all of your language and locale settings are set to Japanese, as well. Let me know if you run into any other issues, I hope this helps!
