5 жыл бұрынAll 39 episodes of Popee The Performer, plus the New Years Special in HD, 16:9, and no KissAnime logo. These are ripped from the DVD and enhanced to maximum quality. While not technically full HD, this is the best quality they are available in at the moment, since the series has not been released to Blu-Ray or digital. I also made the video 16:9 so it looks better when being watched on a computer/laptop/TV/other widescreen device. I’ve had the individual logoless episodes uploaded for a while, but am just now getting to putting them into one video. This is the perfect video for binging the whole series in one sitting, so grab some friends, grab some chicken legs, (making sure NOT to let Kedamono see) and enjoy the show!
For those of you who have no prior information about this show and are just stumbling upon this video for the first time, I’ll give you some background information. If you already know about the series, don’t bother reading this.
Popee The Performer (Known as ポピーザぱフォーマー in Japan) is a series of 3DCG shorts that were produced for and aired on the Kids Station satellite station in Japan from 2001-2003. The original pilot for the series was pitched in 1999, and it was accepted for 39 episodes and a New Years Special. During its initial airing, Popee gained a large Japanese fanbase of both kids and adults, which has now expanded worldwide in recent years thanks to reviews by several English, Spanish, and even Russian KZfaqrs.
The plot of the series revolves around the everyday life of Popee, an aspiring performer at the Wolf Zircus, and his wolf friend/assistant Kedamono. Popee strives to be the best at what he does, but his efforts usually end up failing miserably. He’ll do just about anything to achieve his goals, even if it means hurting or killing those in his way. Slapstick mayhem ensues, usually involving one or all of the characters dying horribly. Popee and Kedamono are also joined by Papi, the flamboyant circus ringleader and Popee’s father, as well as several other supporting characters. Unfortunately, they have more to worry about than Popee’s bomb filled rampages, including alien abductions, nightmares, and what is really underneath Kedamono’s masks.
Just a quick trigger warning, there is a heavy amount of dark comedy and some violence so if you don’t like those things, this is your warning. But if you like weird and occasionally thought-provoking things, you should watch this show.

After hearing about this show for years, l finally decided to sit down and watch. Honestly, it's pretty fun all things considered. However, I never understood how people came to the conclusion that the last episode was about Popee and Kademono hallucinating the enitre circus and everyone in it. To me, it's clearly a friend trying to comfort another friend. I went ahead and read the manga just to get more context, and in there Kademono left the circus after having his face exposed as his mother's. Clearly he was insecure about looking like her. ( What exactly she did is a mystery and from checking the wikis, she's the white wolf that appears in only 2 episodes) But it was obviously scary enough for him to try and hide it for so long.

There have been three seperate times that I've suddenly remembered this exists and binged all of it at 3 am. Every time feels like watching it for the first time. Its a Japanese show and people enjoys watching it. And I heard this from Popee the Performer, “Parents and teens enjoys watching dark comedy” Whatever he said :P So some people gets a lil creeped out but this isn’t usually made from USA, Australia, Canada, Or sumthing (Some people knows that) Even tho there is blood on the episodes and Popee turns psycho and violent, It is still okay 👌🏻 My talking skills are terrible

This is a kids' show. People have to calm down and realize this is not gory nor inappropiate at all and that the only violent episodes were banned. It's not very dark either, just comedic slapstick and goreless deaths. Recommended age range - 7 years and up

Y'know, I like this show! I understand it was a Japanese children's show, but its so unique! I think Popee is my favorite character! It has creative episodes and the music is great! I'm actually gonna try to draw Popee later. Like I said, interesting show! I like it!

This show will always have a special place in my heart. it’s hilariously dark, and that’s what made it so great. The characters, while they can’t talk, we get so much from them. Although it doesn’t have an exact story to follow, it’s still great overall, and I’m glad people are still talking about it to this day😁
