This is my next braid style!!! I'm not old, but I'm older than your target audience, LMMFAO!!! But, I love my hair to be braided in cornrows. It's hard finding ideas that I can wear and not look like I'm trying to relive my teens and twenties, but still be stylish and up-to-date with the current trends. This is something that I can definitely pull off. I love styles with puff/buns/ afro puffs, but most are foe younger women. But with this being low space buns, I can definitely wear it and still look in the proper age range while wearing it lol. Thanks for the style inspiration! I can't wait to do it!

hey hey! I love the style, as for the advice (i do have relaxed hair so it might not work for natural) whenever I make the part for the stitch effect i braid up at least 2 full knots(if that makes sense) before i create another stitch and pick up more hair. it makes the braid more secure and stitch more visible. let me know if that works out for you. I love this.....A very cute protective style. I see a lot of people using their fingernails when they do stitch braids on themselves. I ain't got none soooo, I think I may try to put some press-on nails on my index fingers and pinkies....one of dem four fingers should get me the results I'm going for, lol....
