150 grams thin roasted vermicelli sevai
1/3 rd cup desi ghee
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk with malai
1/4 cup water
few drops orange colour optional
2 drops kevera essence
1/4 tsp cardomon powder
1/2 cup mixed dry fruits
(almond cashew raisins pistachio
charoli walnut any dry fruits of your choice )

Made it yesterday, (without color and kevada). Came out very well. Thank you for sharing this recipe! The sewai used was a gift from someone. Where do you buy these sewai? The ones generally available in market are thick ones, at the least the ones I find!
