honestly this makes me sad, when I was younger, I use to have horrible self- esteem, epically with my body, when in reality I was actually smaller than I thought. Now days I am on the "husky side" and sometimes I think that way again, and I tell myself that it is stupid to think that way, you want to know why because everything negative, I think about myself is just simply ... me. And realizing that helped me so much, I hope one day everyone realizes that anything "wrong" with them is simply ... them, no matter what it is, big or small. Diet does not mean that you don’t eat. To be “skinny” all you need is to eat healthy and exercise. Or just eat smaller portions of unhealthy food I use to eat a lot now I eat healthy and exercise and I’ve been losing weight but not like an unhealthy thing just to be at a healthy weight not over or under. Right now I’m just a little over.
