We're in agreement. Yes to fluted glass. Open shelving = a lifetime of dusting. Bar stools, fine in a bar, but not in my house.

I know the open shelving can be a nightmare. I do like bar stool moment thought.

Golden oak was a def thing in the US in the past… now it’s oft being painted over if the cabinets are remaining.

It was a thing here too in the 70s, many also painted it. Now everyone wants the wood back though. It's a never-ending circle.

Self closing and seamless. As for the splash back and worktops, I'm not sure. Hmmm💭. I'll have to think about that. Thank you for the inspo Professor.🖋🎓✅️

Allan question: is it easy to find clients in denmark as a kitchen designer and what software are you using because in the uk I design with fusion from 2020spaces. Love the walnut though I am designing a kitchen in the dove pebble grey shaker, may add a rangemaster grey pearl cooker with brass, satin nickel nobs and handles. What do you think?

I wouldnt say it is easy. I dont know how it works in the UK, but here (most) people go straight to the kitchen brand/manufacturer, where I work as an interior architect. I think I have a designed and worked with 40+ different clients on kitchens the past year. I have a team to help, so all I do really is sell the idea of a kitchen as I see it, get someone else to make the 3D sketches for me (we work in AutoCad). I think a walnut option sounds amazing.
