Taiwan’s night market is becoming more international as it should be. It’s a nightly gathering celebration and festival of food, commercialism and entertainment. A stroll along the night market after a hard day of work will relax you. Economical food, new inventive products and fun street games will mesmerize you. It’s a nightly tradition and ritual for many generations of people.

These night markets all have no water sources so the environment is very dirty and there's no way to do cleansing jobs . Not a suitable place to make food at all .

They have water sources😂 there are different kinds of stalls you can rent, if you are running a street food restaurant or a juice stall, if course you will need running water 😂 even for some street food stalls that don’t have water source, they use disposable utensils, it’s not good for the environment, but if you are just going to say all of them are dirty, that’s just stupid 😅
