Mimosa my dear! Looks like it was a fun girls' weekend! I am hoping that you purchased those amazing snowflakes place card holders and that gorgeous silver/grey rimmed with gold ribbon! Love the jeweled garland. Must have the spinners with the USB cords of course! I'd purchase them all now in a heartbeat. Love the touch lights on the table at Beehive Restaurant too!!

Yes, Mimosa is the newer name... the older name for that cocktail is a Bucks Fizz, for some, traditionally drunk at Christmas Breakfast!!

I owned a gift store in a mall in the Milwaukee area for years and years. We always went to the Atlanta gift show and just enjoyed it so much. I always picked several themes for trees and had so much fun seeing all the new items. And yes we found some favorite places to eat that we had to go to every year. My husband got so good at driving around in Atlanta that it felt like we lived there. Seeing those showrooms brought back great memories. Thank you for taking us along.

Ramon at Home suggested we watch your 2023 Christmas Market video preview. I still think that Sara 's WI home you two decorated is the most magical Christmas decorations I have ever seen. You are my all-time favorite designer. I found out I have cancer - don't know how many more Christmas's I'll get to see but I will never forget the beauty of that Wisconsin home. Thanks for your wit & wisdom. Your beauty shines through. You have a kind, understanding heart. A true fan.

We love you too!!! We kept our Christmas tree etc up (they are still up) for two reasons: I'm a newlywed and my husband was without a tree for four years and missed having decorations. 2) My Dad passed away on Christmas Day 2020 so extending Christmas makes me think of him. Thank you for all you do!

The most important factor should be what makes YOU happy. I don’t decorate for a magazine article or youtube. It is an expression of my love of Christ and His birth for my family and friends❤️. I have candy canes and gingerbreads in my new DIY kitchen! The great room is blue and silver with frosty greens throughout the house. Jan will be Winter Wonderderland transition throughout the home!

I’m loving what you chose for Christmas 2023! I don’t ever think you can go wrong with silver and gold and then adding a touch of that muted, soft, frosty blue will be absolutely glorious! Glitzy and glamorous is definitely my favorite Christmas decor! I like and appreciate the more natural and rustic or the traditional green and red, but it’s just not for me. I love the sparkle and love seeing the light play off of faceted crystal ornaments or the sheen of the metallics! Market is fun, overwhelming, exhausting, enlightening, fabulous and more eye candy than one can fully process! I’m so glad you shared it with us! I don’t ever tire of Christmas... in fact I’m still watching Christmas movies. Prolonging that wonderful feeling of being engulfed in the Christmas Spirit never gets old to me! If ever I feel a bit down I watch a puppy video or Christmas video! They bring me joy! Can’t wait to see all the elements you buy to create your masterpiece! Merry Christmas a wee bit early! 😉🎄💗

Love the silver-gold ribbon. The soft lavender is stunning but I'm leaning toward soft green this year with the silver I already have. I also have a lot of winter wonderland and want to go more woodland with a touch of glamour. Maybe add in the soft green can elevate the look while bringing in woodland animals I'm adding to the winter wonderland palate. You're such an inspiration. In my area it's pretty rustic with no signs of any changes anytime soon. So I'll be re-making my ornaments that are fillers. Any DIYs to elevate plain ornaments or other decor would be greatly appreciated.

Market is always fun & tiring especially for the showrooms that have been prepping for months (I speak from experience.) Atlanta is the biggest, but Las Vegas also has a very nice one. Market is NEVER open to the public & they are usually very protective about exclusivity (for lack of a better word) so it is uncommon to see a video of one, as you said you must have a resale license to attend. Great inspiration happens there for sure. Looking forward to your vision for Christmas 2023.
