My 100th species isopods that I purchased last August 2021. I wanted to do a video last year and totally forgot about it until the Reptile expo yesterday (Father’s Day 2022) and a customer asked some tips on Expansus. I started with 10 isopods and after 10 months they are thriving and I was able to sell some on the Reptile Show yesterday. Here are my tips and care video

Thank you sorry I have been busy with the Reptile Show and I was building a greenhouse this summer. I haven’t forgot my love for this hobby! lol

Hi! Ive been watching your videos and learnt a lot form them. Thank you very much for your informative content. I hace a question about the leaf litter. I have available a lot of mulberry leafs, can i use them for all the isopods?

Thank you for watching my videos. Mulberry leaves are fine they are deciduous as long as it’s not evergreen like pine

Is the wet side only moss? I'm guessing that the ventilation holes are on the dry side to hold more humidity in the wet side? Do you use any kind of soil mixture in the substrate? Or is it just bark and leaves

Also how do you judge when the wet side needs wetting down?
