INGREDIENTS

Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Tomato(finely chopped, medum) - 3 no
Red chillies - 10 nos
Ginger(garlic paste ) - 50 gram
Curry leaves - 2 stems
Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 cup
For masala:-
curry masala - 5 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
