Ingredients: 2 lbs pork spare ribs
2 tbps cooking oil • 1 whole garlic • 1 medium
onion • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp ground peppercorns • 2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce • 2 tbsp vinegar • 2 cups
water • 4 pcs bay leaf
