*Do marinate the pork for 2 hours
*Let the pork get cooked till the meat is thoroughly cooked.
Recipe for Goan Raeshado Masala:
20- kashmiri chillies
15 -Garlic cloves
1 inch-Ginger
2 inch- Cinnamon
10 - Cloves
10-Pepper corns
50 gm-Tamarind
5 -Tablespoon Vinegar
Add water if there's a need during grinding.
Grind all the above ingredients in a mixy and the Goan Raeshado Masala is ready.
