This blue beauty is a 1963 Porsche 356 B T6 1600 S. This car is a European 356 B initially supplied to Mr. Waldhausen of Mönchengladbach by the Schultz Company of Düsseldorf, Germany. This car now has Dutch registration papers but also still has its original German registration papers recording the 1st and subsequent owners; it also has a “Porsche Data Karte” which confirms the cars` original specifications. This official Data Karte also recorded an engine change under warranty on the 26th July 1966 (engine number “KD-P-706329) by the Porsche factory. This 356 B T6 1600 S also is fitted with the rare and sought after electric sunroof. About 10-13 years ago the car underwent a complete and thorough restoration and mechanical overhaul in Holland. The restoration has been photographically recorded. Its provenance is present from day 1 evidenced for instance by the many invoices, registration papers, and correspondence with Porsche. The lovely bodywork is especially in a great condition with correctly fitted body panels and wonderful finish. It has a very nice tan leather trim and matching carpets. In mechanically flawless working order, delivering outstanding performance. A very good example with a great provenance, rare sunroof and well executed restoration.
