Superb car with a superb driver. I did 1 lap and my legs were trembling when I finished the lap.

What makes you think, that the engine is tuned? I wrote the car is Stock, and this includes the engine,too 🤷‍♂️

@@Zubi70m I didn't mean 3rd party tuned. I meant that Porsche tuned it perfectly for the chassis

I owned the 991.2 GT3, bought the 992 GTS in spring. GTS has 100NM more tork...! my experience: GTS on the street: at least as fast as the GT3! My opinion: GT3 for racetrack, GTS for street😆

@@luigirigattoni9648 Yes agreed, apart from the GT3 residuals I’m not sure what else I would want. Perfect car for the street.

@@Zubi70m Leider nicht, zumindest aktuell nicht lieferbar. Hab mir die Cup 2 N0 in der 992 GT3 Dimension abnehmen lassen, sind 10 mm breiter. Scheinen aber leider nicht an den Grip von der 991 Cup 2 Kennung (N2) ranzukommen durch den höheren Treadwear Wert.

@@audioslave264 danke für Deine Info. Dann bleib ich bei den Goodyear... die Hütte geht ja auch so ganz gut, und vorallem macht sie Spaß 😉 ob das dann 10 Sekunden schneller ist, oder nicht, ist nicht sooo wichtig.

I would say: very good. After 35 nordschleife laps and about 11.000km allover the gts is still on the first tires with a lot of residual profile (I think 5 mm)! The tire consumption is really excellent! The brakepads are also the first. I think there are about 3mm left. I bought a new set and took it with me, to be on the safe side. ;)

I have. In the parking garage it is good 😉 i couldnt feel an advantage on the racetrack. Without is maybe better. I dont like these technical features so much - prefer more puristic cars.

Absolut alltagstauglich, für längere Strecken sehr angenehm, aber eben auch auf der Rennstrecke gut performant. Für mich, der weitab von interessanten Rennstrecken lebt, und nur 2-3 mal pro Jahr auf einen Track fährt, deshalb die perfekte Mischung. 😉

@@travis8665 you can feel the clutch and the selected gear and the acceleration all at your hand and feet control all at one. This feeling is priceless if you love manual shift

@@Zubi70m In the 1990's I saw a 50 something year old man with a 911 depart approximately 3 minutes after a Ferrari F40 with 2 young and apparently very wealthy young men in leather suits (after the 911 driver took his necktie off and took a pee on the side of his car) . The man in the 911 finished approximately 2 minutes before the Ferrari. The guys in the F40 got out and were saying the track is unsafe. I asked the driver of the 911 how he got so good. He told me I grew up around the area and "knows ever leaf on every tree around the ring" 😄

In my opinion the airbags are designed for heads without helmet in crash case. Racecars dont have airbags, thats why it makes sence to wear in such a car one. But safety Systems in normal cars are optimized for people without....

@@Zubi70m Airbags do not protect your head when you are upside down...but hey its your head! (Nice driving though).

@@robertvanruyssevelt7159 Helmets can snap your neck though if forces apply sideways. In racecars people have cages, no airbags and an HANS System which keeps your neck fixed. Not allowed in street cars, because you can't look over your shoulder then ;) So it is quite a debate if helmets help or make it worse. Depends on the crash. I tend also to see no helmet as safer in street cars with airbag and no cage to hit with the head ...

Robi, it’s TF, helmet are legally now allowed actually. Especially those “full face”. Can you tell why?

@@thefridgeman I don't know where you are. In some US states you can wear a helmet others not apparently. I don't know he law in NZ but every race track requires safety helmets to be worn even for track days. Race (or rally) cars have to have safety helmets even when on closed public roads or on open roads.
