Wheel balance/shape could also be a cause, had a bad vibration above 70 when I first purchased, had re balanced (before refurbishment) which shifted it to "somewhere above 70"

Yes good point never overlook the basics. I did have them re balanced but not sure if a weight has fell of since then.
