I went with a standard centric pad, I’m not making the kind of power that deserves a heavy duty pad just yet and I’m far from turning some laps anytime soon. There’s a ton of options out there EBC & Hawk seem to be the standard for track use, as far as street you can go with a standard brembo replacement, akebono, or centric it all depends on what you’re getting into with the setup. @victorsgarage5814 2 жыл бұрын
I wish I had a concrete answer for you but I don’t, because I went from a 14 inch oem wheel with the EX calipers to the 15” slip if I had to guess It would be really tight in terms of inner diameter of the wheel. offset can always be played around with by using the appropriate spacer but other things go into that too you’ll have to run extended studs and keep in mind spacers put more stress on your wheel bearings ball joints etc. since you’re changing the geometry of your suspension. Hope that helped you out

I’ve always done the following… passenger rear drivers rear passenger front drivers front That pattern starts you on the side furtherest away from the master and finishes with the one closest to it, the hand held pump for me is more efficient if you don’t have an extra hand to help with the bleeding. Brake fade like that almost 100% of the time is a failed master but being that you’ve changed that along with the booster I would track down any possible leaks hard lines / soft lines / and adapter going into the 986 calipers make sure that’s at 8ft lbs and then work backwards from there also make sure you’re getting a good seal on your master cap also any pressure loss in the system is going to show itself in pedal feel.
