We have a Porsche 993 Turbo in for dry ice cleaning, paint correction, interior detailing, and ppf replacement before it goes on sale with RM Sothebys. This is a great example of a prime 911. We dry ice cleaned the 911 chassis, wheel wells, and engine bay before we gave it a foamy car wash. We then applied paint correction, removing the old paint protection film (ppf) stoneguards, and detailed the interior. We finished by replacing the PPF stoneguards.

It was funny at 8:25 in the video when it says “paint correction” it was a different black Porsche lol. No worries at all I just thought I’d point that out. Car came out basically concourse as always. Great stuff you guys do a great job!

I just got into “professional” style detailing over the last year too. Before a DA I was hand polishing everything. I’ve been a mechanic all my life specializing in 1940’s Fords so your tools and techniques have really stepped up my detailing game. Thank you for that! By the way, how much was the bet?

Greatest sports car? If you forget the "halo models" like F40 I think it's very close. 993 Turbo in my opinion, is the pinnacle of Porsche. Sure the new ones are faster and more technically advanced but my God this car looks absolutely perfect. And the 993 build quality is probably the best ever. Only Mercedes "Sacco era cars" W124, R129 and W140 can rival it. Just close the door and hear how it closes like a bank vault. Cheers.

The white thing was a Mr. Clean magic eraser.

Dry ice cleaning always has amazing results. But do you guys replace the under coatings. Always been curious.

We always apply a clear protective wax to the most sensitive pieces of the underbody. Many of our customers for this service know what theyre asking for, and since we're in Southern California (as are many of our clients), we don't have a lot of risk of rust, especially seeing as these are usually garage queens. If the customer dailies their car or lives a climate where there's risk, we'll recommend that they reapply full protective wax or factory cosmoline to the car

Is there a reason why you don't use dry ice cleaning on the break discs an break calipers?

We do, actually. It doesn’t show well on video (just looks like white smoke on frame) so it wasn’t featured in this video as part of the dry ice cleaning. Sometimes we can’t fit everything in to one video, doesn’t mean we don’t do it ;)
