I know that die-hard Porsche fans will only recognize the 911 and nothing else, but only normal minds know that other models that some say are "not real Porsz!" they deserve respect. Why? If only because they continue to sell and generate huge profits, thanks to which the 911 is still on offer and is fantastic. An example is the Macan, which, as usual in the case of new models of this brand, was not warmly received, and according to I could have a home in my garage if I were a millionaire. Next to the 911, of course. And the Panamera too. I would also find a place for Taycan ... And Cayman and Cayenne ...
I will not hide that I have a weakness for this brand. I like them all, even the Dacia, because it also has its place on the market and it does great in its class, but Porsche is different. I get in the car and I know that everything is done as best as possible. Not completely thought out and ergonomically perfect, for example in Macan I did not find a suitable place for a smartphone, but what I do not touch is at the right level. In addition, the GTS variant, which replaced the Turbo range and is currently the most powerful version, is a perfect example of the flexibility of this car. In Normal mode, it is calm, it can be quiet and very comfortable, although you can feel that we are dealing with a strong car and there is no question of swimming on the road. Sport mode spins together and is ready to go in no time, while Sport Plus mode makes the car feel like a scalpel. One mistake and you could cut yourself.
If it wasn't for the fantastic driving characteristics, I would probably be cut like a blind surgeon with a hangover, but this car drives fantastic. It has SUV influences, you can't cheat physics and you can feel a bit higher center of gravity in the corners, but by God, how does it hold in the corners! I do not know if I will exaggerate, but it is difficult - it is probably the best-performing SUV in this segment and of this size. By the way, I switched to it after a few days of testing ... Dacia Logan with LPG. Yes, I felt a marked difference in every dimension! ;)
